Store purpose
Uday Buyer is a retail-first apparel store. Customers can shop retail products directly from the website. Approved B2B customers may also access selected wholesale or volume pricing after logging in.
Accounts and approved B2B access
You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure. B2B pricing is only available to approved accounts and may be limited to selected products, quantities, markets, or order types. We may adjust, suspend, or remove B2B access if an account is used incorrectly.
Product information and pricing
We try to keep product titles, images, sizes, prices, inventory, and delivery information accurate. Small differences in color, measurement, or packaging may occur due to lighting, screens, manual measurement, or production differences.
Retail prices, B2B prices, volume prices, promotions, and regional prices may be different. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed paid orders will not be changed unless there is an obvious error or the order requires manual review.
Orders and payment
All orders are subject to availability and review. We may cancel or adjust an order if a product is unavailable, the price is incorrect, the shipping address cannot be served, fraud risk is detected, or the order does not meet the applicable purchase rules.

Shipping, returns, and order issues
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Please review our Shipping Policy for current shipping rules and our Refund Policy before purchasing. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us promptly with photos or video so we can review the issue.
Custom and bulk products
Custom logo, custom label, custom packaging, wholesale, and bulk orders are usually made or allocated for a specific order. These transactions are generally final sale except for confirmed quality issues or mis-shipped items.
