Terms of Service for Uday Buyer

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Uday Buyer ("Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. By purchasing items from the Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Accounts & Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required.
Payment methods accepted include credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay, Elo, and Cartes Bancaires (processed via PingPong).
You authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including shipping and handling fees.

4. Wholesale & Custom Orders

4.1 Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

4.3 Order Terms

Wholesale Orders: Bulk orders are subject to quantity-based pricing. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all wholesale orders. The remaining balance must be paid prior to shipment.
Custom Orders: Custom orders (including logos, labels, custom sizing, or packaging) are non-refundable once production begins. A proof/sample may be provided for approval before final production.
Customization Service: Free custom design with your requirements.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

5.2 Shipping Time

Shipping times vary by destination country/region. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed delivery estimates to your location.

5.3 Important Notes

Deposit Required: Lead time calculation begins after 30% deposit is received and confirmed.
Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Delays: Uday Buyer is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, please contact us at sales@uday-buyer.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information on eligibility, procedures, and timelines. Wholesale and custom orders are only eligible for returns in cases of damage, defect, or mis-shipping.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store (text, graphics, images, logos) is the property of Uday Buyer and protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Uday Buyer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Hongkong China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
