1. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We partner with trusted international freight forwarders to provide reliable sea freight services. Transit times vary by destination and shipping method selected.

1.1 United States (Sea Freight)

We offer three service tiers for US shipments, with delivery times calculated from the sailing date. All shipments to the United States are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) - product price and shipping cost include all taxes and duties.

2. Order Weight & Volume

Our wholesale shipping services accommodate various order sizes:

  • Small Orders: Under 21kg - Please contact us for shipping rates
  • Standard Wholesale: 21kg - 99kg
  • Bulk Orders: 100kg - 999kg
  • Container Loads: 1000kg+ (FCL/LCL options available)

3. Production & Shipping Timeline

Your total order timeline consists of two phases:

Phase 1: Production Lead Time (Starts from deposit received)

In Stock 5 business days
Bulk / Custom Orders Negotiable / To be discussed

MOQ Requirements:

  • Standard Stock: 200 PCS
  • Customized Orders: 500 PCS
  • Customization Service: Free custom design with your requirements

Phase 2: Shipping Transit Time

As outlined in Section 1 above, calculated from the sailing date. You will receive tracking information once your shipment departs.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Actual weight vs. volumetric weight (whichever is greater)
  • Destination country and region
  • Selected service tier (Standard/Express/Premium)
  • Customs clearance requirements
  • Special handling needs (fragile items, oversized goods, etc.)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Tracking number for sea freight container/bill of lading
  • Last-mile delivery tracking (UPS, DHL, DPD, or FedEx)
  • Estimated delivery date updates

All shipments include GPS real-time tracking where available.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

6.1 United States

All shipments to the United States are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Both product prices and shipping costs include all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees. No additional charges will be due upon delivery.

6.2 Europe

We offer VAT deferment services for registered EU businesses. Please provide your EORI number and VAT registration for smooth customs clearance. Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility unless DDP service is arranged.

6.3 United Kingdom

Options available for self-clearance (VAT/PVA) or Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. Additional fees may apply for DDP service.


7. Delivery Information

7.1 Address Requirements

  • Please provide complete and accurate delivery address including business name, contact person, and phone number
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information
  • For residential deliveries, additional fees may apply

7.2 Delivery Acceptance

  • Someone must be available to accept delivery during business hours
  • Inspect packages immediately upon receipt for visible damage
  • Sign for delivery only after confirming goods are in good condition

8. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections and clearance delays
  • Port congestion or strikes
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Vessel delays or schedule changes
  • Public holidays in origin or destination countries
  • Pandemic-related restrictions
  • War, political instability, or other force majeure events

Important: We do not provide compensation for delays caused by customs inspections, vessel delays, port strikes, or public holidays.


9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

9.1 Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, please contact us at sales@uday-buyer.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will initiate a trace investigation with our logistics partners.

9.2 Damaged Goods

Wholesale and custom orders are only eligible for returns or replacements in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damage (must be reported within 48 hours with photos)
  • Incorrect items shipped
